Paine College Athletics is proud to deliver valuable exposure to our Corporate Partners by providing access to an extremely loyal and diverse fan base. We are committed to creating successful corporate partnerships with local, regional, and national companies in an effort to accomplish three main objectives:
· Establish a long-term relationship that is beneficial to our partners and Paine College Athletics
· Showcase our partners to loyal Paine College Athletics consumers through creative, interactive and memorable ways
· Create a bond between our partners and Lion Fans to increase awareness, exposure and ultimately sales to your business.
There are three ways to become involved in with Paine College Athletics and they include: corporate sponsorship, Courtesy Car Program and the Lion Athletic Fund.
Corporate Sponsorship
Corporate sponsors receive advertising and promotional opportunities which provide them with access to the Lion fan base of students, faculty/staff, alumni and donors. This opportunity is for companies that want to increase their awareness and exposure by advertising with Paine College Athletics - from ticket backs to Fan Appreciation night from website recognition to game day signage, Paine College Athletics can customize the right package for you.
Big Wheels Courtesy Car Program
The Courtesy Car Program consists of automotive dealers who support Lion Athletics through the generous donation of courtesy vehicles. These dealers greatly impact the successful recruiting of student-athletes as well as the retention of quality coaches and administrators through their generous provision of courtesy vehicles. Paine College Athletics is fortunate to have a group of dealers, who proudly support our athletic program and community activities.
Paine College Athletics’ greatest need is student-athlete scholarships. Individuals and businesses wanting to provide support to Lion student-athletes directly can make a philanthropic gift to the Lion Athletic Fund. Currently, Paine College Athletics funds 44% percent of the NCAA Division II maximum allowable scholarships. While that is up from 34% in 2010-2011, our coaches are still at a disadvantage in recruiting as compared to other Division II Colleges & Universities. Financially supporting the Lion Athletic Fund will allow Paine College to overcome this challenge and begin to recruit difference makers that will lead the Lions to the top of the SIAC…where we belong!
